Should I choose the voice or the chat assistant?

They serve different channels: the voice assistant for phone and the chat assistant for your website. You can use one or both, depending on your needs.

Do they use the same knowledge base?

Yes. The voice and chat assistants share the same knowledge base and tools, so the experience stays consistent across channels and you manage content in one place.

How does the phone infrastructure connect?

You connect your own SIP trunk (NetGSM/Twilio); inbound and outbound calls run over that line. You can use your existing number or set up a new one.

Is there WhatsApp support?

For now the active written channel is the web chat widget; WhatsApp integration is coming soon.

Can it take real action during a conversation?

Yes. With Shopify and Magento connectors and custom tools you define via REST API and Webhooks, it completes order lookups, bookings and returns inside the conversation.
