Do I have to use both the voice and chat assistant?

No. You can use just one or both, depending on your needs; both are managed from a single panel.

How long does setup take?

For web chat you just paste the embed code — a few minutes. For the voice assistant, including connecting a number, it averages half a day.

Can it connect to my existing systems?

Yes. Shopify and Magento connectors, plus custom tools you define via REST API and Webhooks, are called live during the conversation — completing order lookups, bookings and returns inside the chat or call.

Can the assistant give wrong answers (hallucinate)?
