KVKK / Data Protection Notice
We explain how your personal data is processed under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Data controller: this notice has been prepared by Agent Skript in its capacity as data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK", Law No. 6698). Our aim is to inform you transparently about the processing of your personal data.
Data processed and purposes: to provide the service, we may process identity and contact information (such as name and email), account and usage information, and the recordings and transcripts of the conversations the assistant handles. This data is processed to provide, improve and secure the service and to communicate with you.
Legal basis: your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in the KVKK, such as the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Transfers: your personal data may be transferred to suppliers we work with to deliver the service, such as infrastructure, telephony/SIP and model providers, only to the extent necessary and in accordance with the conditions set out in the KVKK.
Retention periods: your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and taking into account the periods foreseen in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Data subject rights and applications: under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, accessing it, and requesting its correction or deletion. You can submit requests regarding these rights to us at [email protected].
