Can I connect WhatsApp?

For now the active channel is the web chat widget; WhatsApp integration is coming soon.

Can the assistant give wrong answers (hallucinate)?

When connected to your knowledge base it answers only from your sources; it doesn't make things up about topics it's unsure of and routes to a live agent when needed. This keeps consistency high.

Can I customize the widget to my brand?

Yes. The widget picks up colors, language and positioning from your site automatically; you can configure the greeting, tone and behavior from the panel.

Is the assistant multilingual?

Yes. It detects the visitor's language and replies multilingually and consistently within the same conversation.

Can it connect to my systems and take live action?

Yes. Shopify and Magento connectors and the custom tools you define via REST API and Webhooks are called during the chat — completing order lookups, bookings and returns inside the conversation.

How does handoff to a live agent work?

When the assistant realizes it can't resolve an issue, or the visitor asks, it seamlessly transfers the chat — with its full history — to a live agent.
