Data we collect: account information needed to provide the service (such as name and email), the knowledge-base content and assistant settings you supply while configuring the platform. We also process recordings, transcripts and usage statistics of the conversations the assistant handles.

How data is used: we use the data we collect only to provide, operate, improve and support the service and to communicate with you. The data from your knowledge base and the conversations your assistant handles belongs to you; we do not sell it for marketing purposes outside of your instructions.

Retention and access: data retention periods and access controls can be configured according to your account's needs. We aim to keep access to data limited to the authorised people needed to provide the service.

Third parties: to operate the service we may rely on third-party providers such as infrastructure, telephony/SIP and model providers. We share with these providers only the data necessary to deliver the service, and only to the extent necessary.
